Guillermo turns managers into leaders and works with organizations to create cultures built around coaching and mentorship. He helps executive leaders and their teams create consciousness, develop leadership, and get results through neuroscience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and coaching. Guillermo was the first U.S. trainer for the International Coaching Community. His coaching and other professional experiences have him traversing the globe, working with organizations in the banking, energy, technology, manufacturing, and engineering industries. His leadership at Microsoft spanned sales and business development before being named General Manager for the Caribbean and Central America region. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Guillermo is a member of the National Speakers Association, International Coaching Community, International Coach Federation, National Speakers Association, and ACTO Association of Coach Training Organization. His certifications include Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Team. He is a Leadership Agility Assessment Practitioner, an Emotional Quotient EQ-I 2.0 Assessment Practitioner, and a Personalysis Assessment Practitioner.
