After obtaining her Ph.D. in Communication Studies, she started executive coaching and training and joined the McCombs School of Business faculty. Elizabeth has 3,000-plus hours of communication coaching, ten years of university teaching under her belt, and has facilitated 300+ group training sessions. Coaching both teams and individuals — from CEOs to engineers, founders, educators, and consultants — Elizabeth focuses on helping leaders engage their teams and lead with presence.
