Patrick is a certified (CPCC) and accredited (PCC) leadership coach known for his unwavering enthusiasm and spirit to help executives succeed. As a corporate coaching partner, Patrick has worked on various high-impact people development initiatives for enterprise companies such as Capital One, McKinsey & Co., AARP, and TEGNA. With a focus on creating world-class coaching leadership cultures, Patrick has been involved in the large-scale training and certification of internal coaches and facilitators, designing training courses and coaching programs, delivering extensive communications and presentation trainings, and coaching individuals as they move into more significant leadership roles. His coaching clients have held positions from presidents and senior vice presidents through first-time managers. With a passion for topics ranging from resilience to mentorship to high-performing teams, Patrick’s approach is grounded in mindfulness and neuroscience, with additional training in polarities and paradox, and improv/acting techniques. He is certified to administer Leadership Circle 360, Key Polarity Indicator 360 (KPI), and EQi2.0 360. Patrick also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University for the Leadership Coaching Graduate Certificate Program in the Institute of Transformational Leadership.
