He works with leadership and teams to understand and overcome the socialization, bias, privilege, and discrimination that can come with your perceived gender. As a transgender man himself, Nick has experience living, working and leading out in the world from both a female and male perspective. He’s worked with leaders across the corporate landscape from technology to retail to financial services.
