Michael is a certified professional coach specializing in leadership and executive presence, presentation and public speaking, career transitions, positive intelligence, and DEI+B issues specifically pertaining to LGBTQ+. He works with executives at all levels.

Michael owns a global talent agency. He has been a financial advisor, sales manager, and media trainer for Merrill Lynch. He began his career as an actor, working internationally and on Broadway. Through his varied life and work experiences, he’s learned that listening and empathy are vital to serving his clients’ needs.

His approach is to give clients a safe space to explore their situation and evaluate their options. Michael helps clients define their goals and set an agenda for action. Then, he serves as their accountability partner as they measure their results.
