Kat is an international creativity and leadership coach helping leaders train and sharpen their creativity to enjoy more aligned, resonant, and consistent work. A former art curator, she has worked with creative leaders for more than 15 years. Certified by the International Coach Federation, Kat previously worked with Seth Godin as part of his altMBA team. She helps her clients navigate meaningful goal setting, prioritization, project and time management, creative output training, mindset tools, building creative practice, and nurturing successful work relationships. Kat intimately understands that leaders must collaborate to bring their ideas into the world. That process happens on the macro level of the finished work/project/movement, and also on the micro level through communication, team dynamics, and how organizations handle change. Kat helps her clients puzzle through how to create the supportive environments, structures, and processes that support both high-voltage creativity and the people that it must flow through every day.
